PAYMENT POLICY
Your registration will cover attendance at the event at the location noted for that event. Please be sure to check in at the registration desk at the event. Check/Cash registrations must pay at the event.  Workshop programs require check/cash registration payments prior to the event. Checks can be mailed to SMPS Nebraska, PO Box 390093, Omaha, NE 68139-0093.  When mailing check please include registration confirmation.

Please note the refund policy below. No-shows will receive an invoice after the event.  All invoices for no-shows or non-payment at the time of the event will include a $10 invoicing fee and will be due upon receipt.

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.  No refunds unless requested 3 business days prior to an event in writing or by email.  Refunds for workshops require notice 5 business days prior to the event in writing or by email.  There is a 15% cancellation fee for all refunds.  Credits may be issued to be used for future event registrations in lieu of refund.

Craig Galati is the immediate past president of SMPS National and Principal of LGA Architects in Las Vegas. SMPS NE is excited to bring him to Omaha to lead two educational sessions. At the first, a breakfast for business leaders only, he will discuss thinking more broadly about what marketing and business development are and the value behind empowering these to transform thought processes in your company.  Without these crucial roles, a firm risks becoming irrelevant.  Marketers and business developers have the proven ability to develop strategies to find high-margin work.  This session will teach you how to turn your marketing and business development staff into a team of trusted advisors who understand your business and provide a great rate of return. 

Craig is principal of LGA a consulting firm practicing sustainability, architecture, and sociology. With over 30 years’ experience as an architect and community outreach facilitator, Craig focuses on transformative strategic solutions resulting in organizational and operational excellence. He is past president of both the Las Vegas and Nevada chapters of the American Institute of Architects and Las Vegas Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services. Craig is recipient of the “Silver Medal,” AIA Nevada’s highest individual award, honoring his lifelong contributions to the community and profession of architecture and is a Fellow in SMPS. Craig is the current SMPS Society Past President.
