All payments are due before the event start, whether online or in person at the registration table. Payments not received before the event will be subject to a $10 invoicing fee.
All sales are final. Credit card refunds will not be issued. Refunds for workshops require a 72-hour written notice and refunds for regular lunch programs, power hours, etc. require a 24-hour notice sent to [email protected]. Qualified refund requests will be issued in the form of credit for future workshops or a check (less a 15 percent processing fee), no exceptions.
